Ndenianka Care LLC offers personalized, community-based residential care for ambulatory adults aged 18 and older in a safe, family-centered Adult Family Home.
Our services focus on promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life while providing individualized support for residents enrolled in Wisconsin Medicaid Waiver Programs, such as Family Care, Family Care Partnership, and IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct).
Each resident receives a tailored Individualized Service Plan (ISP) created in collaboration with their families, care managers, and healthcare providers.
